Models in Focus

Architectural models can be found scattered in many diverse collections and are not always easy to locate. The Architectural Models Network has been looking into the potential and challenges of creating a centralised online database of architectural models. This would constitute a useful resource for future research and make architectural models more easily accessible for an interested public.

As a way of piloting this approach, individual entries on significant architectural models from the collections of the Network Partners are drawn together here. They are written according to the ISAD(G): General International Standard Archival Description – Second edition.
